A Journeyman Plumber will be able to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Working on all phases of commercial plumbing.
- Reading and understanding blueprints.
- Completing paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining a clean work area.
The qualifications to perform this job successfully include:
- Valid Journeyman plumbing license.
- Prior commercial experience.
- All hand tools required to do job.
- Reliable transportation, punctuality and dependability.
- Works well with others and follows instructions from the lead foreman.

A Service Technician will be able to perform the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair high efficiency gas and oil burners.
- Test, diagnose and repair problems in the system and propose relevant solutions.
- Install electric and pneumatic control systems.
- Maintaining and cleaning oil burner systems and controls.
- Verify correct operation of equipment related to heating and process boilers.
The qualifications to perform this job successfully include:
- Oil burner license is required.
- Electrical background is a plus.
- Computer knowledge.
- Customer service skills.
