After an extraordinary 35-year career with The Wilkinson Companies, we announce the 7-4upcoming retirement of Al Bishop, our Vice President of Sales, effective May 30th.  Al has been an invaluable part of our journey, dedicating three and a half decades to building, leading, and inspiring the sales organization. From forging lasting relationships with associates, customers and partners, Al’s legacy is woven into the very fabric of Wilkinson Companies.

As Al begins his retirement, John Sieminski will step into the Vice President of Sales role. John has been with The Wilkinson Companies for 38 years, most recently as ViceJohn S-1President of Service Operations.

“Not only is John the ultimate team player, but he already has partnerships with most of our clients, and he is more than up for a new challenge!  We expect this transition to go very smoothly and know that John will thrive in this role.” – Geoff Wilkinson, Jr.

In addition, we have hired Danny Riley as a Sales Engineer. Danny, who rejoined us on January 20th, previously worked in the Service Department with DannyJohn as Assistant Service Manager as well as a Service Technician and took a new opportunity a few years back.

Now, to be able to work with our customers in a different way and have a direct impact on making a difference to improve their boiler plant operations, I couldn’t be happier. I’m really looking forward to my future with The Wilkinson Companies as a Sales Engineer and building many more relationships.” - Danny Riley

Finally, Service Technician Mike Grinham has been promoted to Service Manager effective March 2025. Mike has been with Wilkinson for 7 years. He has a well-roundedMikeG1 background not only technically but also has strong organizational skill sets.
